yapsoft.ch sets no cookies and uses no analytics or third-party services; your theme choice stays in your browser. The server keeps technical logs, such as IP address and requested page, for the site’s security. The site is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak.

Messages sent to support@yapsoft.ch are only used to reply to you and follow up on our exchange.

Payment takes place on a secure Stripe page (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, Ireland, and its group companies). Your payment details, such as your card number, are entered there directly and never pass through our servers. Stripe processes payment data, including your email address, on our behalf and, for its own obligations such as fraud prevention, under its privacy policy. This data may be processed in the European Union and the United States; Stripe is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the Swiss Federal Council recognises as providing adequate protection. YapSoft keeps the transaction reference, amount, date and status for the legal retention period for accounting records (10 years).

The YapBoost service counts how often each card is opened and the date of the last opening, without identifying the people using it. The card redirects to Google, which applies its own rules. Requests sent through the YapBoost website form (name, contact details, company, message) are used to reply and follow up. The YapBoost website only uses a technical cookie needed to protect its forms.

To present our services to local businesses, we use their public business details, such as name, address and information from their Google profile. To stop receiving mail from us, write to support@yapsoft.ch.

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion by writing to support@yapsoft.ch. Data needed to perform a contract or meet legal obligations may have to be kept.
